The morning bite has been by far the best.

Not much has changed around here since our last report. We are still enjoying tremendous walleye fishing trolling crank baits.  We have had some pretty windy days that has hampered our mobility every now and then and some of our guides were able to put together a pretty decent jig bite during these times.  We have had a number of hunters take advantage of our “hunter’s special” package and we have been able to treat them to some very good fishing to add to their trip.

Overall, the full day groups have had better fishing as they have been able to take advantage of the morning bite which has been phenominal!  We do still catch fish in the afternoons but lately the morning bite has been by far the best.

These are some of the nicest walleyes of the year and every week seems to out do the previous one.  We do still have some availability for the last week of October and as long as the weather stays nice, the walleye fishing will be world class!

Good luck fishing Everybody!
